It starts with design. Our team of expert engineers and technologists work directly with your organization, and dig deep to uncover the unique and challenging requirements for your water and wastewater control system. Whether it’s a hostile environment, a legacy system, or a unique automation requirement, Tulsar Canada will design a system that exceeds your requirements, and your expectations.
Built by Hand to Exacting Standards Tulsar Canada prides itself on the skill and precision in the fabrication of each control system at our integrated engineering and manufacturing facility located in Brantford, Ontario. Once designed, the careful process of building the panel begins, from the drilling of holes in the enclosure to the wiring of the backplate and programming and testing of the unit. This process, with near constant oversight, guarantees the quality of a Tulsar panel. There is no assembly line. Each and every Tulsar panel is meticulously built by hand.
Tulsar then customizes your control system to operate in the unique conditions your organization needs, using premium components and materials designed to stand the test of time. Our dedication to precision and quality means our enclosures are fabricated by hand to exacting standards. We specialize in building control systems meeting NEMA-ratings of 3SX, 4 & 4X, 6 & 6P, 7, and 8. Whether it’s explosion resistant or submersible, we have the skill, precision, and decades of experience required to build it.
Inside the panel is where Tulsar Canada’s innovative approach sets us apart. We use cutting-edge smart systems designed to reduce costs, increase functionality, and deliver exceptional reliability. From SCADA communications over radio, cellular and fibre optic networks to programmable Smart Relays, our systems have unprecedented capability. Whether it’s dosing a septic system, monitoring a condominium’s water consumption, or alerting emergency services of a flood event before it damages infrastructure, our systems have saved customers tens of thousands of dollars.
Tulsar never leaves you on your own. If there is ever a problem, or your panel needs an upgrade, Tulsar’s customer assistance team is there for you. Time and distance are not a factor, as they can walk a specialist through the repair or upgrade process. Tulsar also makes the schematics for each panel available to its customers online through our customer portal, for quick and easy access.
